The project ends. We do not. Most clients stay on the care plan, and the two people who built the site are the two people who look after it.

- New number, new prices, a fresh photo. Usually the same day.
- You call us, not a helpdesk

- Bigger changes are quoted first
- A new page or feature gets a fixed price first, like the build did.
If it is not listed, it is not going on the invoice. You get your full price in writing after a free preview, and from then it does not move.
Then £35 per month for hosting, updates and small changes. No contract.
