Hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and small changes for £35 a month. No contract, cancel any time.
For: Every site we build, and anyone tired of being their own IT department.
A website is not a thing you finish. It needs somewhere fast to live, software kept patched, backups taken before you need them, and someone watching in case it goes down at four in the morning. Most small businesses discover this the first time something breaks.
The care plan is all of that for one number. It is optional, there is no contract, and you can cancel any time. We would rather you stayed because it is worth it than because leaving is awkward.
It also covers the small changes: a new phone number, updated prices, a fresh photo. You send it over and it is usually done the same day, which is faster than most people manage editing it themselves.

What you get
Fast, modern hosting
The same infrastructure we build on, not a cheap shared box with three hundred other sites competing for it.
Updates and security patches
Applied as they come out. Most sites that get hacked are running something that had a fix available months earlier.
Daily backups
Taken every day and kept, so a bad change or a bad day is something we roll back rather than rebuild.
Uptime monitoring
Checked around the clock, so we find out it is down rather than your customer telling you.
Small changes handled
New number, new prices, a new photo. Send it over and it is usually done the same day.
Two people to call
The same two people, same email, same phone. No ticket number and nobody reading from a script.
Is it compulsory?
No. It is optional and there is no contract. Without it your site stays online, but updates, backups, monitoring and small changes are not covered, and changes after launch are only available on the plan.
What counts as a small change?
A new phone number, updated prices, swapping a photo, changing some wording. Anything bigger, like a new page or a new feature, gets a fixed price before we touch it so there is never a surprise.
What if my site goes down?
We usually know before you do, because it is monitored around the clock. You get the same two people rather than a helpdesk queue.
Can I host it myself?
Yes. We hold the hosting and the domain by default because it means nothing for you to set up or renew, but if you would rather it all sat in your own name, just ask and we will transfer it across.
