We register it, we renew it, and we charge you exactly what it costs. There is no markup on it and there never will be, because making a margin on a renewal is a strange way to treat somebody you want to keep working with.

I already have a domain. Can you use it?
Yes. We can point your existing domain at the new site without moving it, or take over the management if you would rather not deal with it. Either is fine.
