How long does it take?
Most sites go live one to two weeks after we have your content. Larger builds with booking or ecommerce take longer, and you get a firm date before you commit to anything.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, any photographs you want used, and a rough idea of what you want each page to say. If the words are the bit you dread, we will draft them and you edit.
Do I own the website?
We hold and look after the domain, the hosting and the site so there is nothing for you to manage. That is the £35/month care plan rather than something we do for free, and the domain itself is charged at cost. Your content and your words stay yours throughout, and if you ever want the lot transferred into your own name, just ask and we will do it.
Can I update it myself?
On the Complete tier you get a simple login built into your own site for adding events, photos and posts. Otherwise you send changes to us, and they are covered by the £35/month care plan. Revisions during the build are separate: one round on Essentials, two on Complete.
